At ProFleet Auto, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you can request a return, exchange, or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Certain items, such as custom services or special orders, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team before sending your return.

- Downloadable software or digital products
- Special order or custom service items
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
